Sith are a concept from Star Wars: Darth Vader was originally The Dark Lord of the Sith, a title that didn’t mean much in the first trilogy. The word Sith gained definition in the hundreds of novels, all approved as canon in the Star Wars universe, that were published before the prequel trilogy. The word Sith meant a kind of dark Force-user. An anti-Jedi if you will.
The models in the following images: Han Solo/Boba Fett/R2-D2 is Ballistic Bambi; Sithy Lady / Kylo Ren is Jessica Rousseau.
In the prequel trilogy, Lucas decided there were only ever two Sith at a time. Kind of boring if you ask me – how on Tatooine could two Sith wipe out all the Jedi knights? Oh – Boba Fett clones in Stormtrooper armour all striking at the same time. Ugh, whatever.
Going back to the original novelization – and video game – and The Clone Wars TV series – concepts, however, you have a very interesting notion that Sith were out there, and they were many, and various, and they looked cool. The male Sith looked badass. The female Sith tended to look sexy.
So I decided it would be cool to do a sexy Sith series. I’ll build on this as the concept comes together, and as models come forward to play the role. I presume it’s ll be mostly female, but I invite males to try it too. Take a look at some of the sketches I’ve done for it so far – beware however… the sketches aren’t super awesome. I’m a better photographer than graphic artist.
Please drop me a line if you’re interested in doing a Sith Boudoir photo series.
